1. Acceptable Use
Scoreboard Link ("the Service") is provided for scoring and sharing team tennis matches. You agree not to use the Service to upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content, or to interfere with the Service's normal operation.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, including team, roster, and player names, and for keeping your account credentials secure.
3. Content
Match data, rosters, and scoreboards you create remain yours. By using the Service, you grant Scoreboard Link the right to store and display that content as needed to operate the Service, including public scoreboard pages accessed via a shared link.
4. Payments
Season Codes are purchased through Stripe and are non-refundable once redeemed. Contact support if you believe you were charged in error.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Scoreboard Link is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
