1. Information We Collect
We collect account information (name, email), team and roster data entered by coaches (which may include player names for student-athletes), match and scoreboard data, and payment information processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).
2. How We Use Information
We use this information to operate the Service: displaying scoreboards, sending season code and password reset emails, and providing support. We do not sell personal information.
3. Third Parties
We use Supabase for database, authentication, and storage; Stripe for payment processing; and Resend for transactional email. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.
4. Minors' Information (COPPA)
Scoreboard Link is used by coaches to track high school and college team matches, which means player names — including those of student-athletes under 13 — may appear on scoreboards. This data is entered by coaches/team staff, not collected directly from minors, and is limited to names and match results necessary for scoring. Schools and coaches are responsible for complying with their own student-data policies when entering roster information.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Account and team data is retained while your account is active. Contact us via the Contact page to request deletion of your account or team data.
